We have had them do inspections on two homes. The first sale fell through because of structural issues he discovered. Him and his assistant are both incredibly thorough and polite. He never overstepped his bounds and did not want to give a verdict on the structure and suggested we have an engineer evaluate. It's a good thing he did and his digging really helped give us the information necessary to figure out an unusual structure problem. He was just a thorough with the second house. Hopefully all goes well with that sale and we will not need to use him again! You definitely should though!
