Roof The roof is one of the most expensive and essential parts of the home. We look at the roof, its design, shingles/metal, flashing, gutters, downspouts, and more

 We will inspect the HVAC systems, including ducts, filters, furnaces, and air conditioning units. 

Exterior walkways and doors, siding, eaves and soffits, fascia, paint, and other exterior building components

We visually examine plumbing components for correct function, including tubs, sinks, hoses, showers, and water shut-off valves. 

We look at both interior and exterior electrical systems, including service drops, service masts, grounds, outlets, meters and circuit breakers

We test, inspect, and check all major appliances, including hot water heaters, dishwashers, refrigerators, garbage disposal, ovens and stove tops.

Doors and windows will be checked for proper sealing, leaks, water damage, and other issues. We inspect all interior rooms as well. 

We look for signs of water damage, foundation cracking or shifting, and other potentially costly problems that may lie beneath the home. 

We’ll check the attic for adequate ventilation, water entry, insulation levels, and more.
